Weddings may be on hold for now but that doesn't mean you can't plan! Putting together a list of experts in every field—think trousseau, hair and makeup, destination and the rest—we bring to you all that you would need to know to plan a perfect wedding. Without further ado, here's delving into details of Karuna Ezara Parikh's picture-perfect nuptials with Luxeva Bride's #LuxeList.
Luxeva: What kind of aesthetic did you opt for and what was the thought behind it?
Karuna Ezara Parikh: "It was a mountain wedding, so we kept it very simple and earthy. Most of the decor was done by friends and family, guests were asked to wear whatever they were comfortable in, and we used a lot of local textile, paper flowers, old wine bottles and candles."
Luxeva: Any advice for would-be brides in terms of planning and preparations?
Karuna Ezara Parikh: "Put your guests (and your own!) comfort first. If people are inconvenienced, they won't have a good time. For a destination wedding, simple things like allotting friends rooms near each other or making sure there's enough water can go a long way. Choose clothes that make you feel at ease, and remember to have fun and enjoy the precious time that it is."
